At Smokehouse, heat’n’meat is at the heart of our passion for Modern BBQ. With “Bubba” our specially imported smoker from the U.S. we can create the tastiest, finger lickin’ smoked meats this side of the pond. Here’s the rub! Before cooking we massage our meat with our own secret blend of herbs and spices to give it the unique flavour only found at Smokehouse. The Wood. For a great BBQ you’re gonna need wood! We prefer Hickory and Cherry to give it a touch of sweetness.

Pulled Pork Sandwich
We take a large joint of pork and slow cook it for up to 12 hours. After that it's hand pulled and slow cooked in our homemade dirty sauce and topped with housemade mustard slaw, probably the greatest BBQ sandwich you've ever had.

Known as the "King of Beers", Budweiser was first introduced by Adolphus Busch in 1878 and it's still brewed with the same high standards today. Budweiser is a medium-bodied, flavourful, crisp American-style lager. Brewed with the best barley malt and a blend of premium hop varieties, it is an icon of core American values like optimism and celebration.
In the late 1800's when Brooklyn was one of largest brewing centres in the country, lager beer in the "Vienna" style was one of the local favourites. Brooklyn Lager is a direct descendant of the Vienna style displaying an amber-gold colour and a firm malt center supported by refreshing bitterness and a floral hop aroma that give way to smooth caramel malts in the finish.
