At Smokehouse, heat’n’meat is at the heart of our passion for Modern BBQ. With “Bubba” our specially imported smoker from the U.S. we can create the tastiest, finger lickin’ smoked meats this side of the pond. Here’s the rub! Before cooking we massage our meat with our own secret blend of herbs and spices to give it the unique flavour only found at Smokehouse. The Wood. For a great BBQ you’re gonna need wood! We prefer Hickory and Cherry to give it a touch of sweetness.

SAUCES

The Sauces. No real smokehouse would be complete without some fine homemade sauce. Our sauces are made in house. We do not buy in! Choose from Dirty BBQ, Sweet Mustard, Kansas, Hot and if you're brave enough, Stupid Sauce.
